Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician (Manufacturing)

You verify power, trace signals, check PLC I/O status and fault codes (without altering programs), isolate a failed sensor, and get the line running again. We are hiring a hands-on maintenance professional for night shift in a fast-paced environment where uptime is critical. Strength in electrical troubleshooting is essential, along with the versatility to perform both reactive and preventive maintenance on a range of production assets.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues on production equipment
• Troubleshoot control systems and PLC-driven machinery (no programming required)
• Execute preventive maintenance to boost reliability and minimize downtime
• Service and support motors, drives, sensors, and related components
• Fabricate or modify parts using shop equipment when needed
• Document all work performed and communicate issues across shifts
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and organized work area

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Proven electrical troubleshooting ability (required)
• Working knowledge of PLCs (no programming access), motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Mechanical aptitude: bearings, alignment, and general repairs
• Comfort with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently on night shift

• Forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking
• Problem-solving mindset: diagnose root cause, not just swap parts
