Electromechanical Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing Operations

Schedule & shift
- Night or Day Shift
- 2-2-3 rotation
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Core responsibilities
- Execute planned preventative maintenance and track asset performance
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
- Respond promptly to production/maintenance requests; communicate across teams
- Ensure equipment remains safe and production-ready through proactive upkeep
- Mentor junior technicians and trainees
- Join daily meetings focused on safety, quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Document all work accurately and follow established work instructions
- Lead or support PM programs; ensure schedules are followed
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with safety protocols
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs during routine tasks
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Maintenance/technical training program (preferred)
Experience
- 3 years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance
Technical

Mechanical aptitude with exposure to:
- Electromechanical systems
- Pneumatics and hydraulics
- Basic electrical systems
- Robotics/automated equipment (preferred, not required)
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- No PLC programming required
Professional skills
- Strong communicator and team collaborator

- Basic computer skills (preferred)
