What the role involves
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, robotics, mechanical systems, and building equipment
- Support controls/automation and PLC-based systems
- Install and repair hydraulics and pneumatics
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to resolve issues quickly
Must-have strengths
- PLC troubleshooting and automation equipment diagnostics
- Equipment, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Pneumatics and hydraulics experience
- Single- and three-phase power knowledge
- 120/208/240/480V systems familiarity
- Motor replacement, repair, and maintenance
- Conveyor chain replacement
- Preventive maintenance and inspection discipline
- Industrial electrical experience and blueprint reading
