Calling all Escrow Closers!! Are you a licensed Limited Practice Officer who desires to work for a locally owned title company? Are you tired of the big corporate numbers game? Aegis Land Title Group is a technology- based title and escrow company that is making huge strides in the local real estate market. We are a family of experience title and escrow professionals who work together to get the job done. We currently have an opening in our Tacoma office for an experienced Escrow Closer/LPO. The perfect candidate will be passionate about the business and possess the skills necessary to complete real estate escrow closings in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
-Ability to perform all tasks and functions required of a licensed Limited Practice Officer.
-Ability to close routine residential purchase and sales, refinance, and builder transactions.
-Prepare escrow instructions, settlement statements and approved legal documents as required to close.
-Ability to handle deposits, balance the escrow file, and disburse the escrow file.
-Work effectively with the business development officers to assist in bringing in new business.
-Establish new business and maintain existing business with an eye towards excellent customer service.
-Mentor and train escrow assistants.
What you’ll bring:
-One to two years of escrow closing experience in Washington State.
-Software experience with Qualia or Resware is a plus (preferred but not required).
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
-Ability to analyze and determine what legal documents are needed to close.
-Problem solver, team player, goals driven.
