What You’ll Do
As part of our marketing team, you’ll have a hand in nearly every part of the creative process:
• Manage and schedule social media content across multiple brands (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more)
• Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
• Develop newsletters, branded collateral, and digital marketing materials
• Support email marketing campaigns, event promotions, and internal communications
• Assist with copywriting for social posts, website updates, and press materials
• Track engagement metrics and help identify new opportunities for brand growth
• Collaborate with our leadership and partner teams to maintain consistent brand messaging

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to take initiative, think creatively, and grow fast. The ideal candidate has:
• A degree (or pursuing a degree) in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• A strong eye for design, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn within a collaborative, high-performing team
