Plant Manager Assistant:
This position would be evolving into the Plant manager position in a few years. Candidate would be training/ learning with current manager in the every day operations of Machining, Welding, and Fabricating. Hands on throughout the shop floor. Everyday tasks of job distribution, following up on materials and jobs as they are being run in production. Position requires everyday interaction with employees, staff, suppliers, and customers. Other responsibilities to come as the candidate becomes involved greater.
Estimator:
Quoting /Estimator position. Candidate would be tasked with quoting and estimating RFQ’s as they come in from customers. Candidate would be required to get quotes from suppliers. Knowledge of materials (metals, plastics, cutting tools) would be a bonus. Candidate would work with employees, staff, suppliers, and customers.
Plant Operator:
This position would over see the daily operation of an air compressor, pressure washer, and industrial products facility. Candidate would train with the current operator/ owner of the business. Candidate would need to be a self-starter with electrical and pneumatic interests or knowledge. Candidate would be leading approximately 40 employees between 2 different facilities. Travel between both builds is required. Driving distance is approximately seven miles one way.
