Seeking Ground Up FOREMAN in the NYC area for immediate hire.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience in Ground Up NYC Construction Management
- Minimum 5 ground up projects from start to finish.
- Project Experience on mid to high rise projects (15 to 40 stories plus)
- Exposure to or willingness to work in open shop / non-union environment
Salary $125-175k plus benefits. Must provide complete resume as well as project list. References will be required during the interview process.
