We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Technical/Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations and ensure the seamless functioning of our facilities. Duties
- Manage and maintain daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance across all facility systems.
- Utilize maintenance schedule work orders, track maintenance history, and optimize asset management.
- Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Supervise and assist with projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment installations, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Monitor equipment and tooling spares with proper traceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing or industrial settings to support production schedules while minimizing downtime.
- Ensure all cross-sectional data is up to date and properly filed.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience including working with high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Familiarity with Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools such as multimeters and calipers
- Proficiency in English for clear communication across diverse teams; additional language skills are a plus.
- Must be able to safely operate welding machines, grinders, and drills.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
