Sell Innovative B2B Event & Media Opportunities in a Fascinating Niche

We’re looking for smart, always-curious and always-client-centric salespeople to join our small but mighty team.


The Business Development Executive will be selling powerful B2B event and content marketing/media opportunities. The targeted clients are vendors of smart home and other innovative products and solutions that builders and multifamily companies use to increase the appeal of their homes and streamline their businesses. We produce hosted style events that are uniquely effective and efficient and cutting-edge video media content that engages and educates buyers.


The Guest Relations Business Development Executive will be “selling” hosted seats to our Builder Innovator Summit and the tapping of our free Builder Innovator Advantage information services to executives in top single-family homebuilding companies and multifamily property developers and operators.


Key activities for both positions include:

·        Research select companies within our qualified account universe for pain points and likely solutions we have to offer in advance of your outreach

·        Use account-based sales techniques and digital sales science to prospect intelligently and effectively and win deep dive meetings

·        Conduct expert deep dive discovery and solution presentation meetings via video conference

·        Develop and present compelling proposals

·        Negotiate and close sponsorship and digital/video content marketing agreements

·        Communicate client needs and requirements to customer success and production staff for solid activation



College degree with some sales (1-2years) experience and a deep commitment to smart, customer-centric selling required. Recent college graduates encouraged to apply for these full-time positions. Available to commute to Boston Office, Hybrid role: Mon-Wed in office, Thurs-Fri remote. Comp range $55-65K, salary based on experience.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
