Job Details:
Position: RN -Med/Surg
Location: Carbondale IL 62901
Contract: 13 Weeks – Possible Extension
Shift: 12 hours shift
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Start Date: Flexible
Local Candidates: Accepted
Pay Rate: $60 - $67/HR
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and IV therapy safely.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to cardiac-related symptoms.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and coordinate patient care.
- Delegate and supervise nursing interventions appropriately.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Med-Surg experience preferred
- Active RN License
- BLS Certification
