Overview
The Executive Administrative Analyst will join an established AE Strategies team to support a Department of the Navy headquarters Office. This position requires a full-time, on-site presence at the Washington Navy Yard. Specific responsibilities will include the following:
- Provide in-person administrative support to DoD executives, subject matter experts, policy analysts, and other staff members across multiple disciplines.
- Maintain staff meeting agendas, draft meeting minutes, due-outs, and after-action reports.
- Develop and maintain additional office tracking tools to coordinate effective streamline efforts across portfolios and programs.
- Draft, write, and edit executive products, such as emails, letters, memos, reports, and briefings.
- Provide office administrative support such as in maintaining executive calendars, in-person meeting coordination, building visit requests, reviewing, and editing correspondence; providing administrative assistance in report packaging, to include crafting and scheduling timelines, responding to inquiries; and coordinating inputs from staff and other partner affiliations.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed or required.
Qualifications:
- US Citizenship.
- Eligibility for Secret Clearance.
- Ability to work on-site five (5) days a week in Washington, DC.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- Highly proficient in MS Outlook for email and calendaring on DoD network.
- Highly proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Strong in person and electronic communication skills.
- Proficient in using digital task tracking systems.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
