A Day in the Life:Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical roles — from internal engineers and architects to client-facing consultants and contractors.Partner closely with hiring managers and internal hiring leaders to understand technical and cultural needs and deliver high-quality, well-matched candidates.Use creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events to find top IT talent.Screen and qualify candidates for both technical expertise and cultural alignment.Guide candidates through every step of the hiring process — from first contact to onboarding.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS to ensure a smooth and organized recruiting process.Continuously explore and implement new sourcing tools and methods to stay ahead in a competitive market.Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers and clients, promoting best practices in recruiting and hiring.Represent AE’s values — teamwork, excellence, integrity, and fun — in everything you do. What You’ll Need:2 years of experience in technical recruiting (agency or corporate) with proven success in full-cycle recruiting for IT or engineering roles.Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends — you know your way around cloud, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruiting tools.Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you can connect with everyone from entry-level techs to senior IT leaders.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.A self-starter who’s curious, resourceful, and motivated to exceed goals.A team player who thrives in a collaborative, people-first culture.Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we value experience, drive, and attitude just as much.Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting on IT roles such as Infrastructure Engineer/Architect, Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, Cloud/DevOps Engineer, Network Administrator/Engineer, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Database Administrator, Data Scientist, Server Engineer, etc. Life at AEOur culture is unique and defined by our 10 core values.
