QuickBooks Data Entry/Bookkeeping Part Time AE Audio Video - Van Nuys, CA
Busy Audio Video design and installation business looking for a solid bookkeeper to join our growing team!
Requirements:
· 2-4 years experience.
· Excellent skills QuickBooks
· Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
· Ability to work independently as well as with teams.
· Experience with Construction and AV is a big bonus.
. English/Spanish Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Filing all new customers
· Salesman commission / Sub contractor Bills
· Input data
· Balancing bank accounts
· Collections
· payroll processing
· Invoices & Billing
· Collect employee information and generate all 1099's
We are also open to part time schedule for right candidate.
We are looking for someone near the Van Nuys area that can have a short commute to work.
