ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll guide our enterprise customers toward advertising solutions that best support their businesses. We’re looking for someone driven to grow their sales expertise and excited to work side-by-side with Marketing and Sales Leadership, as well as Customer Success teams to elevate the customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively engage prospects from our extensive lead database through cold calls, warm calls, and email outreach to identify potential customers and opportunities
- Schedule and conduct meetings or product demonstrations—either independently or alongside team members—to educate prospects on the value of our digital advertising technology
- Diagnose customer needs and recommend tailored solutions through phone consultations, webinars, virtual meetings, or in-person interactions at industry events
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and training materials to support teammates in effectively selling into high-priority markets
- Leverage sales enablement platforms and CRM tools to track activities, monitor key performance metrics, and inform future sales strategies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, or customer engagement
- Proven ability to engage prospects through cold calling, warm calling, and email outreach
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience educating customers through calls, webinars, or virtual meetings
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
- Experience developing or contributing to sales strategies, training, or market-specific playbooks
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools, with the ability to track metrics and analyze data to improve sales performance
