Role Summary
Lead and support hedge fund formations and related transactional work across strategies, structures, and service providers.
Advise on Advisers Act and Investment Company Act issues, compliance frameworks, and ongoing fund operations.
Coordinate across corporate, finance, tax, regulatory, and ERISA to drive timelines and close matters efficiently.
Work closely with partners and mentor juniors within a tight, cross-office team.
Candidate Profile
5–8 years of investment management experience with a focus on hedge fund formation and related transactions.
Fluent in Advisers Act and Investment Company Act. Strong drafting, research, and practical problem-solving.
Comfortable running workstreams and collaborating across practices; admitted in NY or immediately eligible.
