Our AmLaw 100 client with national recognition in Chambers USA for Impact Investing and Tax is seeking an experienced attorney to join its U.S. Tax Practice Group. This role offers reduced hours at seventy-five percent of full time while working on complex, high-value matters for major clients.

The Work You Will Handle
Advise on structuring transactions involving both non-profits and for-profits. Provide guidance on operational and entity-level tax planning. Support cross-border matters and transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, investment funds, capital markets, REITs, and real estate. Work with attorneys across multiple offices on matters that require both technical skill and sound judgment.
What We Are Looking For
- At least seven years of non-profit tax experience, including structuring entities and transactions.
- Clear and effective communication of complex tax concepts.
- Experience leading and collaborating across different practices.
- Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with eligibility to waive into the applicable state.
