Role Summary
Work on the full life cycle of sophisticated real estate transactions: mortgage and mezzanine debt, JV equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development across asset classes. Expect lender and borrower-side work, portfolio and single-asset deals, and cross-office collaboration with finance, tax, and fund teams.
Candidate Profile
• 3–8 years of real estate or adjacent transactional experience from a national or respected boutique platform
• Deal sheet showing mortgage or mezzanine finance, JV equity, acquisitions or dispositions, and development work
• Strong drafting and deal execution skills; comfort running workstreams and negotiating primary documents
• Candidates from non-real-estate transactional backgrounds with clear transferable skills will be considered

Compensation & Benefits
