Role Summary
Lead and advise on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and related corporate transactions for PE funds and portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers.
Own drafting across the deal stack, manage timelines and workstreams, and steer negotiations with counterparties.
Serve as day-to-day contact for clients; handle general corporate matters as needed.
Candidate Profile
Class years 2015 or current Of Counsel. Significant M&A experience from a top firm.
Strong command of market terms and corporate law; proven deal management and drafting skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business development; comfortable operating with autonomy.
