You’re a Great Fit If:

• You’ve got 2–4 years of experience with private investment funds (ideally with a real estate twist).
  

• You know your way around the ’33 Act, Advisers Act, and Investment Company Act—or you’re ready to learn fast.
  

• You’ve got top academic credentials and strong writing skills, and you’re barred in New York, Massachusetts, or DC
