Mid-Level Products Liability Litigation Associate – AmLaw 100 Firm

What You’ll Do:

✔ Handle product liability litigation matters, including multi-district litigation and coordinated state proceedings
✔ Draft compelling briefs, correspondence, and discovery responses
✔ Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
✔ Manage document collection, review, and production
✔ Work on cases involving causation and failure analysis

Who You Are:

✔ A licensed California attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience
✔ A strong legal writer and communicator with excellent case management skills
✔ A team player with a proactive and strategic approach to litigation
✔ Experienced in handling high-profile, complex litigation matters

Salary : $260,000 - $365,000
