Associate Attorney - General Liability

Job Title: Litigation Attorney – General Liability / Transportation

Location: Onsite or Hybrid-Remote (San Diego, CA 92130)

About the Role:

Seeking Litigation Attorney with 1-6 years of experience to handle general liability (auto, premises liability, construction defect) and complex liability matters for a hard-working, fast-paced, AV-rated law firm. Self-starting, solid work ethic candidate with experience in all aspects of litigation required, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery and motions. Candidate should have experience taking percipient/party/expert depositions and representing clients in mediations and court hearings. Excellent research and writing skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and represent clients in litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on legal matters
  
  

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 1-6 years of experience in relevant legal experience
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $110,000 - $175,000 , commensurate with experience
