As part of an elite global team, the successful candidate will represent prominent clients across diverse industries, helping navigate the complex challenges of data privacy, security issues, and compliance with stringent U.S., EU, and APEC regulations. This role offers the chance to work on impactful cases and advise leading organizations in a rapidly evolving legal landscape, directly influencing the intersection of law and technology.  Salary ranges from $260,000 to $390,000 in New York and California, depending on experience level.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in privacy and cybersecurity law, ideally with exposure to litigation and regulatory matters.
  
• Expertise: Strong background in government regulation, policy enforcement, and data privacy and security litigation.
  
• Technical Acumen: A keen interest in technology, with a demonstrated understanding of tech fundamentals and their application in privacy law. CIPP certification is advantageous.
  
• Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, crucial for client engagement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
