Our AmLaw 100 client, a leader in global corporate transactions, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate M&A and Global Restructuring Associate to join its dynamic and collaborative team. What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4–7 years of substantive corporate transactional experience at a national or international law firm.
  
• Skills:
  
  • Exceptional research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
    
  • Strong organizational ability to prioritize and manage significant workloads.
    
  • Proven track record managing cross-border transactions and coordinating with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
    
• Education: J.D. from a nationally ranked law school.
  
• Licensure: Member of the bar in Illinois or Minnesota.

• Extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions.
  
• A collaborative mindset and ability to navigate input from multiple stakeholders seamlessly.
