Role Summary

• Research and draft motions and briefs
  

• Manage discovery end to end
  

• Prepare for and support hearings and trial; opportunities to take/defend depos and argue motions
  

• Day-to-day case and client management
  

• Mix of matters: energy and oil & gas, fiduciary disputes, employment, privacy, antitrust, and securities
  

Candidate Profile

• JD class years 2018–2020 from a recognized program
  

• Strong writing and advocacy in state and federal court
  

• Clerkship a plus (district or appellate)
  

• Deposition, hearing, and trial experience helpful
  

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable running workstreams with partner oversight
