Our AmLaw 100 client is looking for a sharp, business-savvy mid-level associate to join one of the most respected Life Sciences teams in the country. This is your shot to step into a seat at the table with a team that advises the most innovative and fast-moving companies across biotech, pharma, healthcare, and tech.

You’ll be handling a broad mix of complex transactions across the company lifecycle, from early-stage equity financings and IPOs to M&A and public company governance. Clients span the globe, with work stretching across the U.S., Asia, and beyond.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage key components of sophisticated transactions for high-growth life sciences and healthcare companies
  

• Advise on equity financings, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and public company reporting
  

• Provide strategic counsel to boards and executives on critical governance matters
  

• Collaborate with cross-border teams serving a global client base
  

What You Bring:

• 3 to 4 years of top-tier experience in corporate and transactional matters
  

• Hands-on exposure to M&A, capital markets, SEC compliance, and public company representation
  

• Prior life sciences deal work preferred, but an interest in the sector is just as valuable
  

• A JD from a top law school and outstanding academic credentials
  

• Admission to a relevant U.S. bar (or eligibility to obtain promptly)
