Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Program Director based in Baltimore, MD, with the opportunity for some work-from-home flexibility.
The Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of psychiatric rehabilitation services, including program planning, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.
They will manage budgets, develop and implement programs, and collaborate with community stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
The Program Director will also be responsible for monitoring program outcomes, providing leadership, and ensuring high-quality client services.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation, mental health services, and client recovery support
- Proficiency in program planning, development, and evaluation
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
- Budget management and resource allocation experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a healthcare or non-profit setting is a plus
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred
- Licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, CPRP or is required
