Venturity Financial Partners is partnering with one of our key manufacturing clients, AdvoCare, to recruit a detail-driven Cost Accountant to support our manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys owning cost data, partnering cross-functionally, and bringing clarity to complex inventory and manufacturing cost structures.
About The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll support end-to-end cost accounting activities across manufacturing, inventory, and month-end close. You’ll maintain standard costs, analyze variances, support audits, and ensure accurate, reliable cost data within our ERP system, playing a critical role in informed decision-making across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and maintain standard costs, cost worksheets, and price lists
- Analyze actual vs. standard costs and support inventory valuation
- Lead monthly inventory and cost close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Support physical inventory, inventory reserves, and offsite inventory reviews
- Partner closely with Inventory Control, Purchasing, AP, Receiving, Sales, and Marketing
- Support audits, promotions, bundle costing, and special cost analyses
Ensure accurate inventory setup and GL coding within the ERP system.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3–5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing costing (BOMs, routings, labor/overhead)
- Proficiency with Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working across Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
