self-sufficiency. Receptionist Neenah At ADVOCAP, Inc. we are driven by
our mission to create opportunities that reduce poverty and increase
self-sufficiency in the communities we serve. This morning part time
morning position will greet the public in a timely, courteous,
non-judgmental manner and direct them to individuals in the Agency who
can address their concerns. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide
accurate and timely clerical support services for staff as directed.
Responsibilities Include: Project the desired image of the Agency to the
public and provide individuals and groups with access to staff and
services. Be able to articulate the Agency Mission and have a basic
understanding of each department\'s functions/services. Answer and
direct phone calls to appropriate persons/departments. Work closely with
the Food & Nutrition Program by setting up routes for meal deliveries,
take delivery/cancellation changes by telephone and maintain records for
participants. Unlock the office, turn on and maintain the phone system,
copy machine and other equipment in serviceable condition as well as
keeping areas full stocked. Possess the ability to maintain calm and/or
can diffuse anger or a challenging situation with a diverse group of
clients that enters the building. Diverse group could include, but is
not limited to race, disability, mental health, individuals under the
influence, emotionally unstable (angry/distraught), etc. Perform work
for other departments and staff to include drafts and final preparation
of general clerical work, data entry and report generation, file in a
timely manner, as needed. Sort incoming mail and distribute accordingly;
register checks or cash received accurately, process outgoing mail;
maintain an orderly, functional workstations. Post office deliveries and
bank deposits and ordering office supplies is required. Maintain the
Procedures Manual for the Receptionist area Serve as back-up for other
Receptionist at location as needed \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Job Requirements: High school degree or GED or 12-18
months of previous work experience is required. Drug screen and
comprehensive background check required This position will work from our
Neenah office Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic Ability
