What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Monitoring Manager position at AdvM2?
AdvM2 is an environmental consulting company headquartered in Castle Rock, CO. We have projects across the US. We are excited to announce an opening for a Laboratory Monitoring Manager in Colorado. Duties include personnel management, training, scheduling, client relations and follow up. Additional duites include installation, maintenance, software updates, troubleshooting, and calibration of environmental monitoring sensors in laboratory equipment in research and hospital facilities across the U.S. This position will involve travel to locations across the US. The successful candidate will be expected to travel up to 2 weeks per month. We are looking for an individual who is driven, organized, self-motivated, self-sufficient, with good mentoring skills. We are looking for someone who has managerial experience and an ability to effectively supervise personnel and projects across the US. A degree in a science or experience in a lab environement is helpful but not required. If you're motivated and a fast leraner, we can train. Applicants must be able to pass a Federal Background check. Effective computer skills and familiarity with standard software packages (Word, Excel, etc...) are required. We are a veteran owned company so military experience is a plus.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
