The Role
We are seeking an analyst with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, or a motivated recent graduate interested in pursuing a career in business valuation. This position is fully in-office at our downtown Seattle office, as we believe that in-person collaboration and hands-on guidance are essential for professional growth.
As an analyst, you will work closely with senior staff with extensive valuation experience. You will receive direct mentorship, gaining exposure to a wide variety of industries and valuation approaches while building the skills necessary for a long-term career in business valuation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze client financial statements and reports
- Develop and review valuation models
- Conduct market, industry, and economic research
- Assist in the preparation of valuation reports and presentations
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1 years of experience in valuation, finance, or accounting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to perform and summarize economic and industry research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Progress toward CFA or CPA preferred
