Position Summary
The Creative Associate will maintain and manage digital and print materials, manage internal and external communications, and support marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing resource materials, managing CRM data, managing email campaigns, managing and maintaining recruiting campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage and update our extensive inventory of resource materials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain accurate CRM contact information to enhance marketing and outreach efforts.
- Oversee external communications and prepare printed materials for our vendor, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage email campaigns to optimize internal and external communications.
- Manage recruitment campaigns to optimize marketing efforts.
- Review and submit new and updated resources to the compliance team for approval.
- Review all design projects for content and grammar & spelling standards.
- Edit and manage custom landing pages to support the firm's marketing strategy.
- Support other departments and perform other duties as assigned
- Create and maintain the firm’s email communication calendar, organizing the email communication to multiple contact segments
- Familiarity with video editing and production not required but a plus.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Minimum of 2 years or more of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field Is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Personable and conversational in person, on the phone, and in electronic communications
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Excellent computer skills, including typing
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attentive to details and accuracy while balancing multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to remain positive regardless of the situation
- Desire to be part of a flexible, team-oriented environment and contribute to the aggressive growth of a small business
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
