Position: Administrative Assistant
Department: AE Wealth Management Marketing
Reporting to: President of AE Wealth Management
Location: Lenexa, KS/ Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the President of AE Wealth Management. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate President of AE Wealth Management calendar and meetings
  • Organize and arrange meetings; manage schedule, conference room set up, catering
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Arrange travel for management team
  • Prepare confidential reports and correspondence
  • Assist in the completion of month end reporting and distribute to stakeholders
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
Experience you'll bring:
  • 2 plus years of administrative support experience
  • Strong experience working with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other systems as needed
  • Confident, professional and articulate in written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport with all personality types
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage projects while navigating a variety of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
