This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing mid-sized privately held Wealth Management Company. We are looking for an energetic, and motivated individual who is excited about working with clients and financial advisors. We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to provide operational and advisor services and support. The Client Service Associate must be able to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities based on the needs of the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
We currently have an opening for a Client Service Associate to join our team to support our Wealth Advisors. Responsibilities will include the following:
· Comfortable talking and working patiently with clients and advisors to help respond to their needs and questions
· Providing extensive service to advisors by working with them in support on account paperwork, client questions, and other support issues
· Establishing new accounts
· Addressing various account maintenance concerns
· Coordinating account wires, exchanges, transfers and other cashiering requests
· Use of Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor Degree
- At least three years of related experience in the financial sector
- Understanding of financial services industry
- Candidates must be extremely organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Superior attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple projects in an accurate and timely manner is essential
- Must be a team player with a desire to work in a collegial environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be highly flexible and confidential with all matters
- Deadline oriented
