About the Role
We need someone who thrives at the intersection of operations and customer success, guiding new clients through their critical first 45 days with us.
What You'll Own:
- New Client Account Ownership: You'll be the primary owner and point of contact for each new client during their first 45-90 days, from initial setup through successful handoff to our recurring services team
- Setup & Implementation: Configure QuickBooks Online, implement software integrations (Stripe, Shopify, payroll systems), create client-specific workflows, and coordinate with Advisory Specialists and offshore team
- Discovery & Scoping Support: Partner with sales team on pre-agreement discovery calls to accurately scope services, review client systems, and prevent scope creep before contracts are signed
- Relationship Building: Foster trust through proactive communication, manage expectations, and ensure every client starts their journey feeling confident and supported
You're Perfect If:
✓ Accounting/finance background with 3 years hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
✓ Strong operational skills: detail-oriented, organized, able to coordinate multiple onboardings simultaneously
✓ Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
✓ Comfortable with technical tools, software integrations, and process documentation
✓ Customer success mindset: you measure success by client satisfaction and smooth handoffs
