Client Service Specialist

Walnut Creek, CA – Hybrid – Full-Time

Nurtured Wealth, a female-led boutique financial planning firm in Walnut Creek, California, is seeking a professional and highly motivated individual for the role of Client Service Specialist. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office and home-based work. At Nurtured Wealth, client happiness is central to our mission. The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting both our clients and team, ensuring these relationships are honored through exceptional service.

About You

The ideal candidate is an experienced, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly. You are a self-starter who is motivated to create and execute plans. Your passion lies in supporting financial advisors, wealth managers, or investment professionals, and you take pride in being the backbone of office operations. You are personable, professional, resourceful, and tech-savvy, capable of managing high-level tasks while providing warm, competent support to clients. You value working with a small, family-oriented team and are committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

· Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them as needed.

· Coordinate client meeting schedules using a scheduling link.

· Prepare reports, agendas, and other materials for client meetings.

· Monitor meetings and follow up with emails to clients and staff, detailing required action items.

· Prepare and complete new client account and transfer paperwork.

· Process checks, handle remote deposits, and maintain accurate recordkeeping.

· Respond promptly to client inquiries or requests.

· Update client demographics and notes in our CRM system (RedTail).

· Assist with birthday emails and holiday cards.

Requirements

· Minimum of three years of related experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Investment Management.

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook; knowledge of Adobe, Google Calendar (our office is Mac-based); familiarity with the LPL software platform is ideal.

· Ability to pass federal securities-mandated credit and background checks.

· FINRA registrations are desired but not required.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
