Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Client Service Associate role located in Walnut Creek, CA. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support, managing inquiries, and resolving client concerns. Key daily tasks include coordinating client communications, maintaining accurate records, supporting financial advisors, and assisting with administrative processes and service requests. The position requires a focus on delivering personalized customer service in a professional setting.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 5 years Experience in Customer Support and solid Communication skills to handle inquiries and client concerns effectively within and IBD or RIA environment
- Foundational understanding of Finance concepts, with the ability to assist in financial and administrative processes
- Proficiency in using financial planning software, client relationship management (CRM) systems, and standard office tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
