About Advisors Resource Company
Advisors Resource Company partners with independent financial advisors to deliver expert case design, product knowledge, and operational support in life insurance and annuities. We simplify complexity so advisors can focus on their clients. As we grow, we’re seeking a proven Operations Manager to take ownership of our contracting, onboarding, case management, and service functions — building scalable systems and leading a small team to excellence.
We’re looking for an operations leader who can walk in, assess where bottlenecks are, and fix it without being told how. You’ll build the systems, implement accountability, manage people, and ensure that issues are resolved long before they hit the management's desk.
- Own core operations: Lead contracting and licensing, advisor onboarding, case management, and policy service from end to end.
- Build scalable systems: Design and document SOPs and SLAs to replace ad-hoc processes with predictable, repeatable workflows.
- Lead and manage: Directly manage our contracting, case management, and service team members, and establish accountability across the operations function.
- Drive performance: Implement metrics and dashboards to monitor cycle times, backlog, NIGO rates, advisor communication SLAs, and vendor performance.
- Proactively solve problems: Identify and address root causes of delays, errors, and inefficiencies without waiting for direction.
- Vendor oversight: Hold outsourced partners accountable to SLAs, integrate their work into internal workflows, and recommend changes when necessary.
- Improve advisor experience: Ensure timely, milestone-based communication and a seamless experience from contracting through case completion.
- 5 years of operations experience in a life insurance, annuity, RIA, or financial advisory firm.
- Proven success building and improving operational workflows — not just running them.
- Hands-on leadership experience managing small teams and enforcing accountability.
- Ability to design and run operational metrics and reporting.
- Experience with carrier contracting advisor onboarding, NIGO reduction, and vendor management.
- Clear, concise communication skills and strong problem-solving instincts.
- Comfortable stepping into a growth-stage company where processes are being built.
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $105,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% tied to measurable results
- Health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and professional development opportunities.
- Full-time, on-site in Coppell, TX (no remote option)
- Standard business hours
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
