AdvisaCare is seeking Top of Line *Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants* on a PRN basis, to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in the Warren area. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly paychecks and so much MORE!
In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to patients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or supervisor
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, meal preparation, tidying up)
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols
- Flexible scheduling—ideal for work-life balance

- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Work in a team responsibly and independently
