As the Executive Director, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage staff, and foster a positive work environment. You will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Private Duty Home Care agency.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
- Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of home care staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and service quality.
- Manage patient care services and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing to enhance community outreach and referral sources.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient care documentation and records.
- Provide hands-on patient care when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years leadership experience in home health care or related field.
- Current Registered Nurse license or equivalent clinical background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Home Health Care Leadership experience
- Demonstrate good communication and public relations skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
