As an Executive Director at AdvisaCare, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the overall operation of the home care agency to ensure the highest quality of care is provided
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensuring the agency complies with state and federal regulations
- Managing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources
- Monitoring the agency's financial performance and implementing strategies for growth
- Creating a positive work environment that motivates staff and improves service delivery
- Must have direct hands on patient care!! Required
Qualifications:
- Degree in health care management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Proven leadership experience in home health care or a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clinical background is a plus but not mandatory
