Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care assignments
- Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular rounds, observing patient care and providing guidance and feedback to staff
- Participate in on-call rotation to support the facility's 24/7 operations
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and resolve concerns, and implement process improvements
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
- 3-5 years of experience, with a strong desire to lead and learn.
- Currently holds an active RN or LPN license in the state of MA, that is also in good standings.
- Ability to work 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care and staff management
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
