Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, including medication management, grooming, and incontinence care
- Provide food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping services
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents, including common areas and resident rooms
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure resident care is provided in a respectful and compassionate manner
- Preferred CNA/Active License
- BLS/CPR Certificate
- TB
- MMR
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous Med Passer experience required
- Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
- Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
