- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including taking vital signs, performing assessments, and administering medications
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Florida
- Valid CPR certification
- Minimum of 0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent communication skills
