- Prepares and posts accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
- Performs routine audits and reconciliations of financial statements
- Assists in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Provides excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff members
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion
- Performs additional duties as assigned
- 2-3 years of experience assisting or managing the business office of a healthcare facility, preferably a skilled nursing facility
- 2 years of experience working in a business office of a healthcare facility
- Preferred experience with Point Click Care Software
- Candidate must be detail oriented with excellent computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
