As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by creating and leading recreational activities, events, and programs that foster socialization, independence, and dignity. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure that our residents receive the care and support they need to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily events and activities tailored to the interests and needs of our residents
- Coordinate and facilitate recreational activities, such as art classes, exercise programs, and outdoor activities
- Recruit and manage volunteers and employees to assist with events and activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and social services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care and services
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certain certifications may be preferred
- Experience in nursing, recreational activities, event planning, or related field preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- First aid and CPR training
