You’ll manage a collection of high-end properties primarily throughout Manhattan. This role is part of a highly specialized team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional living experience
- Coordinate and manage maintenance, repairs, cleaning, renovations, and home technology needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and service teams
- Conduct proactive property inspections, anticipating needs before they arise
- Uphold a best-in-class service standard with an emphasis on confidentiality and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of combined, relevant experience in property management, luxury hospitality, or estate management
- Experience working with high-net-worth or high-profile clientele strongly preferred
- A relentless sense of urgency and commitment to perfection
- Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Someone proactive, poised, and thrives in a client-focused environment

Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 plus bonus and comprehensive health benefits as well as other valuable perks.
