Responsibilities include:
Performing general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and maintaining organized records
Actively participating in team projects and contributing to smooth daily operations
Answering phones and assisting customers with reservations and questions
Providing excellent in-person customer service to guests from all walks of life
Using a cash register accurately and handling basic retail transactions
Stocking merchandise and keeping the office and store areas tidy and welcoming
Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Must have reliable transportation
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent customer service skills
A willingness to learn, pitch in, and go the extra mile
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
