Bather - Top Dog Grooming Henderson

We're currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Bather. As a Bather at Top Dog Grooming, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our furry clients look and feel their best, preparing them for their grooming.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Bathing and Grooming Assistance: Assist groomers with bathing and prepping pets for grooming sessions. This includes bathing, drying, and brushing dogs of various breeds and sizes.
• Bathing and De-Shed: Bathing, drying, and brushing dogs of different sizes.  De-shed treatments.
• Nail Trimming and Ear Cleaning: Ensure pets' nails are trimmed to the appropriate length and ears are cleaned properly during grooming sessions.
• Pet Handling: Safely handle pets during bathing and grooming procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
• Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the grooming area by disinfecting equipment, cleaning grooming tools, and keeping the workspace organized.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with pet parents in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their pets' grooming.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a bather.

• Passion for Pets: A genuine love for animals and a desire to ensure their well-being and happiness.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pets are groomed to the highest standards and grooming equipment is properly maintained.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with groomers and other team members to provide exceptional service to our clients.

• Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy dogs when necessary.
