Grooming Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator
About the Role
Friendly, organized Grooming Receptionist to support our grooming team and provide excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and pets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments
- Greet clients and pets and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Work alongside groomers and bathers during every check-in and check-out
- Provide pet status updates after confirming with the grooming team
- Maintain digital forms and records using iPads
- Keep customer-visible grooming areas swept and presentable
- Update and prepare daily grooming schedule boards
- Assist with general front desk and operational support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using tablets and software systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional, calm demeanor around pets and people
- Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
Previous pet industry experience is a plus but not required.
