Adventure Park U.S.A., Maryland's largest family entertainment center, is seeking an Arcade Technician to maintain and repair our arcade and redemption games. This role is essential to keeping our games safe, reliable, and fun for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain arcade and redemption games.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Install, test, and calibrate games and prize machines.
- Maintain accurate repair and parts records.
- Respond quickly to service calls on the arcade floor.
- Support arcade staff and assist guests when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with electronics, arcade repair, or similar technical work preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and use repair tools.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in tight spaces.
- Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
