What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Representative position at Adventure Credit Union?
As a Member Service Representative at Adventure Credit Union, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our members by expertly offering them products and services that will better their financial well-being. Your daily tasks will include processing applications for new accounts, loans, and other products and services. You will also perform a variety of teller transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and more for our members. In this position you will be able to offer excellent service to our membership in person, over the phone, or through email. This position works a minimum of 35 hours per week. If you love building relationships with people and finding ways to save them time and money, then this is the perfect job for you!
To be successful in this position, you will need a high school diploma or GED and a college degree or six months to two years of similar or related experience. It is helpful if you have previous experience in a credit union or other financial institution.
